Hello Sugar | Regency - Brazilian Wax & Sugar Salon

Ashley at the Overland Park, KS location was amazing! She made sure I was comfortable and informed about everything she was doing. She was also fun to talk to. This was my first time at Hello Sugar and I will definitely be returning.

My first time getting a sugar wax and I went in very nervous since I was getting a Brazilian and the area is very sensitive, but Ashley made my experience so much more enjoyable than I could have imagined. She was very professional and I could tell she knew exactly what she was doing! Ended up signing up for a membership and will continue getting waxed!!

Sarah was absolutely amazing she explained everything well detail, she held conversation during the process to ease my mind. She was pleasant within the service!! She really took her time & did a fantastic job.

It was amazing!!! I usually get hard wax but I tried sugar since I seen an add for it. I was nervous bc I was not sure what to expect my my specialist, Paige was fantastic, she made the experience very comfortable. I purchased a membership and will definitely be returning!!

Allison was very kind, and calming. She took her time, and did not rush. The appointment itself however was surprising, and not in a good way. I waited 30 minutes for my appointment (which was the length of my appointment). I went back and forth with the remote receptionist letting her know that my appointment time was almost halfway through and I still had not been greeted. I kept checking in with the receptionist saying I only have 10 minutes left of my appointment time and still don’t see anyone. The client that was scheduled after me had now also arrived so we are both waiting for our appointments. I asked the receptionist how they were going to make this right and there was no response to my question.This was my first time at this company, so I got a first time client deal however, I think it may be my last time here as well. This is my third time getting waxed, and with this particular kind of wax, it took 40 minutes for the appointment instead of 15, which has been my experience with other salons, and a left bruised, which has not happened before with other professionals/waxes.
